By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Its outputs — Tarot readings, ritual guidance, astrological interpretations, and oracular statements — are provided for spiritual, philosophical, and contemplative purposes only. Nothing in this Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. The Oracle does not predict the future. The user assumes full responsibility for all decisions made in connection with any consultation. ∴
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts created for minors will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hierophant@katoptron.guru.

All prices are in US Dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
Payment is processed through a secure third-party gateway. We do not store payment card data on our servers. Subscriptions begin on the date of payment confirmation and renew on the same calendar date each month.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
All content produced by the Ezrael Noetikos system — including but not limited to Tarot interpretations, ritual scripts, oracular responses, and the Hermetic Memory framework — is the intellectual property of Anavotech. Your conversation transcripts are your personal data (see our Privacy Policy), but the underlying system, prompts, and knowledge base remain ours.
You may use the Oracle's outputs for personal, spiritual, and non-commercial purposes. Commercial reproduction or redistribution of Oracle outputs requires written permission.
The Service is currently in a founding/beta phase. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, AI provider outages, or infrastructure events may cause temporary interruptions. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anavotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of oracular consultations. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, as the exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with material changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect.
